Exchange & Return

If you have received the wrong items or the items you have received are faulty, please email Info@luqina.com to discuss further.
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original and saleable condition.

Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, which does not include the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in original condition.

Requesting a return

  • Please download, print and fill in the return form if you do not already have one. Request the return form using the form below.
  • Email your return form along with a photo of the products you are returning to info@Luqina.nl.
  • Once approved, make sure your return is well-packaged and meets all the conditions below.
  • Mark ‘Returns’ clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel.
  • Use an insured tracking service to ensure your parcel arrives safely to us.
  • Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@Luqina.nl

Return Terms and Guidelines:

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened and with original plastic packaging.
  • We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items.
  • Please ensure that all returned items are properly packed so that they are not damaged in the post.
  • Please ensure that all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transport.
  • Make sure the return form is approved - without approval, this may result in your return not being processed.

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Request the return form via the contact form below. Please provide your order number, email address and reason for return.


Step 2: Send your order.
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on
the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code.
As sender, you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we have received the parcel, we will make sure that the purchase amount
back into your bank account within five working days.
