Yes, we send all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, you will receive the link via e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped.
It can sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.
3. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Luqina strives to deliver the products quickly. If you place an order before 3pm on weekdays, we aim to process your order the same day. We ship many of our items directly through our suppliers. Therefore, the average delivery time is 5-7 business days.
4. I AM NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be waiting for you for 7 days. You will also receive a notification of this from the driver, this will also include the pickup location. After these 7 days, They will send the shipment back to our warehouse.
5. WRONG ADDRESSIt is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should it be the case that your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address - but you still have not received your order - please report this to us, 14 days after the indicated delivery date an investigation will be started, we will keep you informed about this until the end of the investigation.
